Solutions • SignalAct

One situation.One reviewable plan.

SignalAct is exploring whether an operational event—a complaint, an exception, a stalled deal—can arrive with the context, policy and recommended actions already gathered, ready for a person to review and approve.

SignalAct is not publicly available. We are validating concept workflows with a small number of operational leaders.

How we're thinking about it

A proposed flow from signal to coordinated action, in three parts.

Understand the situation

Identify what's actually happening—the account, the order, the ticket, the request—and gather the context already sitting in your tools.

  • Previous communications and open cases
  • Account and order history
  • Related tickets and prior decisions

Apply your organization's judgment

Check the situation against your own policies, thresholds and exceptions—not a generic rulebook.

  • Your policies and approval rules
  • Escalation paths and risk levels
  • Customer-specific conditions

Prepare a complete, reviewable response

Draft the communication, the updates, the escalation, the follow-up—as one plan a person reviews and approves.

  • Customer communication and case updates
  • Internal notifications and ownership
  • A follow-up so nothing gets dropped

You stay in control.

One click is not meant to mean one blind automation—it means the thinking is already done. Before anything executes, you see what happened, what it's based on, what's recommended and why, and what still needs a human call. Nothing moves without approval.

What SignalAct is exploring

Context before recommendations

Gather the relevant situation before generating actions.

Decisions before automation

Understand company policy, conditions and approvals before executing work.

Complete action plans

Prepare the operational response—not only one email, summary or recommendation.

Human control

Allow users and managers to review, prioritize, edit and approve actions.

Cross-system execution

Eventually update the systems where work already happens.

Continuous operational learning

Capture outcomes and human corrections so workflows improve over time.

What this isn't

SignalAct is meant to sit alongside the tools you already use and help a person get from "something happened" to "here's what to do" faster. It's not currently positioned as:

  • A replacement for your CRM or ticketing system
  • A customer-facing chatbot
  • A fully autonomous agent acting without approval
  • A generic no-code automation builder

See it applied to a real situation

Concept workflows walk through this approach against specific operational scenarios.
