Pricing • SignalAct

There is no pricing yet. We're still validating the product.

SignalAct is pre-product. Before we build broadly, we are learning directly from operational leaders. There is no public product release or purchasing commitment required at this stage.

SignalAct is not publicly available. We are validating concept workflows with a small number of operational leaders.

We are learning before building broadly.

SignalAct is currently researching:

  • Where operational work becomes delayed
  • Which handoffs most often lose ownership
  • What context employees need before deciding
  • Which policies are difficult to apply consistently
  • Which actions teams repeatedly forget
  • Where managers are repeatedly required
  • Which system integrations would save meaningful time
  • Which actions companies are comfortable automating
  • Which actions must remain human-approved
  • What outcomes would justify adoption

How we're thinking about pricing

We don't have a price list yet, but a few factors will likely shape whatever model we land on:

Scope of situations covered

How many types of escalations, exceptions and requests a workflow needs to handle.

Number of system integrations

How many tools—CRM, ticketing, email, internal chat—context needs to be gathered from.

Volume of review and approval

How much of the operational load a team is routing through the product.

Level of support and configuration

How much hands-on help is needed to tailor decision conditions to your policies.

Help shape the first version—and what it will cost.

We are looking for a small number of operational leaders willing to review scenarios and provide direct feedback. Future pricing will be shaped by what design partners tell us is worth paying for.
